Service-Based Nature

All our services are digital and customized. Once a project has been initiated or delivered, refunds are generally not applicable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The service was not initiated.

• A payment was made in error or duplicated.

• The company fails to deliver the agreed scope of work.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Domain registration

• Hosting services

• Third-party software/licenses

• Advertising spend (Google, Meta, etc.)
